The Raspberry Pi is one of the most popular small computing platforms in existence. We wanted to explore the possibilities and create cool kits to take advantage of its processing power and compact size. Kits anyone could assemble and enjoy. We are just getting started with several products already on the road map and more to come.

    Raspberry Pi 4 Model B

    The Raspberry 4 features a speedy quad core Cortex A72 processor running at 1.5GHz and is now available with three options for RAM. The Pi 4 is available in versions featuring 1, 2 or 4GB of RAM. This new Pi model adds USB 3.0 ports, USB-C power delivery and two micro HDMI ports with support for two displays at 4K resolution. Wireless connectivity is available with support for 2.4GHZ and 5GHz wireless as well as Bluetooth. The Pi 4 retains the same 40 pin I/O header as previous models for compatibility with external hardware. The features and price of the Pi make it the perfect choice for projects that need a small form factor computer.

    Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+

    The Raspberry Pi 3 B+ is built around a powerful quad core Cortex A53 processor running at 1.4GHz. The A53 processor is backed by 1GB of RAM. The wifi chipset of the Pi supports 2.4GHZ and 5GHz networks and also features Bluetooth connectivity. A full-sized HDMI port allows the Pi to be easily connected to external displays. The 3B+ features a 40 pin I/O header allowing it to interface to external hardware with a variety of protocols easily. With it's wide range of features it's easy to see why the Pi is the most popular small computing platform on the market.

    Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+

    The Raspberry Pi 3 A+ takes the A+ board format used in previous models and extends it with new hardware features. At the heart of the A+ is a Cortex A53 processor running at 1.4GHz. The speedy new processor is paired with 512MB of RAM. Wirless connectivity comes in the form of 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi as well as Bluetooth. A full sized HDMI port allows for easily connecting it to monitors or TVs. External hardware can be interfaced to the board by way of the 40 pin I/O header. The Raspberry Pi 3 A+ is an excellent choice for designs that can benefit from impoved hardware but may have been designed around the A+ board format.

    Raspberry Pi Zero

    The Raspberry Pi Zero W is the lastest version of the inexpensive Pi Zero. The Zero W is based around a 1GHz ARM processor backed by 512MB of RAM. It improves upon the popular base Zero model by adding both a 802.11 wireless chipset and a Bluetooth chipset for wireless connectivity. A full sized 40 pin header is available on the board, making it compatible with any HATs used with other Pi models and able to easily interface with external hardware. The Zero W is an excellent choice for projects requiring a small form factor board with the feature set of the larger Pi models.
